GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. Vehicles up to 80cc require a Category AM (European) or A (international) license.
2. Vehicles from 81cc up to 125cc require a Category A1 license.
3. Vehicles from 125cc up to 1200cc require a Category A (European & international) license.
4. All our vehicles type ATV and BUGGY require a Category B (European & international) license.
5. The minimum age requirement for vehicles up to 80cc is 18 years of age, while for vehicles over 80cc the minimum age requirement is 21 years of age.
6. For any damage on the vehicle or any other information, our office will be at your service from 09:00 to 21:00.
7. In case of a traffic accident, you must call the police immediately (phone number 100) and our office (phone number +30 6946907045). In any other case, insurance shall not apply and you shall bear all the costs of repairs regarding damage expenses etc.
8. In case of loss of the vehicle key, the client shall pay a fee of 30€.
9. According to the fuel policy in all contracts, all vehicle rentals shall be returned with the same amount of fuel in the tank as originally delivered.
Our company shall not receive any advance payment as a fuel guarantee, therefore, the initial quantity of fuel on delivery is kept to minimum. It is highly recommended that you stop by a gas station and refuel your vehicle shortly after delivery.
10.Third-party liability insurance. In the event of an accident caused by you, the insurance shall only cover the costs to the third party involved in the accident. You shall have to bear the costs for the repair of our own vehicle.
If the accident was caused by the fault of a third party, then the insurance shall cover all costs and you shall not be held liable whatsoever.
For damage caused to the vehicle by the client, the entire cost shall be borne by them.
11. DRIVERS LICENSE: The driver must have held a valid license for at least 12 months
12. MINIMUM RENTAL: One day
13. PARKING: Is allowed only in authorized parking zones.
14. GASOLINE: Renter is responsible for the gasoline consumed during the rental.
15. EXTRA EQUIPMENT: Free helmets for driver and passenger.
16. The insurance becomes invalid if when driving on non-asphalt roads. Damages underneath of the vehicle, clutches, and loss or damage of the keys are not covered by any insurance.
If the driver is not written in the contract, or if driver is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
17. NO DRIVING ON OFF ROADS & ON BEACHES.

REMARKS
Rates are subject to change without notice. The reading of klms “out” and “in” starts from and terminates at our station. Renters wishing to drive the vehicle off of Rhodes island must have the advance authorization of our office.
